Frank Liquor Company, a division of Frank Beverage Group, is looking for two Key Account On-Premise Sales Representatives to join our sales team. In this role, you'll partner with some of the Madison area premier bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and entertainment venues to grow our portfolio of industry-leading beer, wine, and spirits brands. Every day is different. You'll manage your own route, build customer relationships, introduce exciting new products, create promotional opportunities, and help your accounts succeed while growing your own sales.

What You'll Do

As a Key Account On-Premise Route Sales Representative, you'll own a designated sales territory and become a trusted business partner for your customers.


Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and other on-premise accounts.
  • Grow sales by expanding distribution, introducing new products, and increasing brand presence.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and manage your assigned route.
  • Develop account-specific sales plans and achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Educate customers on new products, beverage trends, and promotional opportunities.
  • Place orders and manage inventory to ensure customers have the right products at the right time.
  • Execute supplier promotions, menu features, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to grow business.
  • Participate in supplier ride-alongs, sales meetings, customer events, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and order entry using company technology.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Frank Beverage Group with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of sales experience required.
  • Beverage, hospitality, restaurant, or distribution industry experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Liquor Salesperson Permit.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
  • Live within or in close proximity to the assigned sales territory preferred.
