Job Description
We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Ambassador based out in our Bridgewater (NJ) Office.
Your opportunity
Manage all OS channel-related customers' requests such as order taking, answering queries and questions, handling complaints, problem solving through different communication channels (telephone, email, fax, chat, web) in order to deliver customer service excellence and maximize business opportunity by enhancing the Kering brands portfolio.
How you will contribute
  • Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
  • Handle customer inquiries using different communication channels
  • Proactively apply information research using available resources
  • Manage and solve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Follow up and through on customer requests and queries
  • Map interactions information according to standard operating procedures
  • Create new business opportunities through a proactive approach

Who you are
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a contact center environment
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash flows
  • Experience in a Luxury Sales environment or Hospitality preferred.
  • Proven out of the box thinker
  • Good working knowledge of Office Pack (intermediate Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Working knowledge of SAP & CRM tools of advantage
  • Fluent English plus a second foreign language (preferably French)
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment as well as contribute to build a new organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Results-driven
