Responsibilities  * Plan, lead, and conduct site surveys to evaluate system, equipment, and operational requirements.  * Identify and document hardware, software, support equipment, and electronic system requirements necessary to support site operations. * Plan, direct, and conduct regular, special, and integrated system testing programs to ensure system functionality and operational readiness.  * Perform integrated equipment and system testing, troubleshooting, and validation. * Prepare and deliver technical reports, briefings, and presentations containing actionable information relevant to site operations and mission requirements. * Analyze system performance and test results to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Plan, develop, and conduct technical and on-the-job training for government personnel and junior contractor staff. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior personnel during system installation, testing, maintenance, and operational activities. * Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and technical teams to ensure systems and equipment effectively support mission objectives.  * Maintain accurate technical documentation related to site surveys, system configurations, testing activities, and operational requirements.  Requirements * Bachelor's degree in information systems technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 years of relevant IT systems experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. * Experience installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.  * Experience managing Windows Server environments, including DHCP, DNS, storage, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, and PowerShell.  * Experience with Windows server administration and monitoring tools, including Windows Admin Center, RSAT, and Microsoft System Center.  * Experience managing virtualized environments, including Hyper-V and Failover Clustering. * Experience supporting enterprise servers, storage, networking, and virtualization infrastructure. * Experience using PowerShell scripting to automate system administration and configuration tasks. * Experience supporting cloud and on-premises cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and OpenStack.  * Ability to evaluate existing and emerging technologies to improve system performance and operations.  Preferred Skills * Experience with Apache Nifi. * Experience with Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and management technologies, including Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), Failover Clustering, Group Policy Management, System Center, and System Center monitoring components and methodologies. * Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft enterprise applications and services, including SQL Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange, and Skype for Business Server and client environments. * Experience with container technologies and containerized environments. * Knowledge of or experience with Data Center Bridging (DCB) and associated data center networking. #CJ  This range is based on our market pay structures.
