Job description

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Junior System Administrator to provide High Performance Computing (HPC) services in the form of HPC enhanced sustainment capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identication, diagnosis and resolution ofproblems
  • Manage the daily activities of conguration and operation of IT system
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identication, diagnosisand resolution of problems
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in technical discipline. Additional five years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II level certication.
Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI with polygraph required. Most recent polygraph in the last seven (7) years required.
