Position Specific Description

As a Senior PGD Reliability Engineer within the FPL Solar Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of NextEra Energy's solar assets in the North East Region. You will be responsible for performing advanced analysis, conducting investigations, and implementing strategies to optimize the reliability and availability of solar generation assets.
Your expertise will contribute to improving system performance, reducing downtime, and enhancing the overall reliability of solar plants. The Senior PGD Reliability Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the region, while assisting with work management.  
The Senior PGD Reliability Engineer will be based in the North East FL region and should be willing to travel occasionally to other project sites as required.
**This position will be based out of Green Cove Springs, FL. This is not a remote work position**
