Join a global leader in heavy equipment, power systems, and innovative engineering solutions as a Mechanical Engineer 4 supporting cutting-edge electrification, product health, supplier collaboration, and new product development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and contribute to products that make an impact around the world.
What You'll Do
  • Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and issue resolution.
  • Support component development, supplier selection, validation planning, and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, testing, manufacturing, quality, and product support teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Assist with production quality initiatives, APQP activities, risk mitigation, and supply chain challenges.
  • Evaluate engineering solutions based on cost, quality, performance, and business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience.
