Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of strategic applications that support provider compensation, contracting, credentialing, scheduling, and reporting initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, database engineers, analysts, and operational leaders to modernize manual processes, enhance system integrations, and help deliver key initiatives before year-end. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong problem-solving skills, deep full-stack development experience, and a passion for leveraging modern technologies, including Agentic AI, to drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, document, test, debug, and support enterprise applications for Hospital-Based Shared Services.
  • Lead full software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and operational teams to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI and intelligent automation to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and build scalable APIs, web applications, and backend services.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
  • Support data integration, data orchestration, and pipeline development across multiple systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and architectural diagrams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including enterprise application development.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework /.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core, REST API Development, SQL Server, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or similar modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience building AI-enabled applications, Agentic AI solutions, or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
  • Strong database development and data modeling experience.
  • Proficiency with Python for automation, data processing, or AI integration initiatives.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
