On-Site Role: Columbus OH
Compensation: $35 - $55 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a curious and passionate Mid Level Developer to join their team. In this role, you will drive innovation in software and applications that enhance airline operations, customer experience, and logistics. You will take high ownership in solving complex problems and designing automation solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 2-4 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is eager to contribute to the advancement of aviation technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive implementation of software through analysis and design activities for new business features or value-based enhancements to existing software
  • Collaborate with internal teams including architecture, infrastructure operations, and cyber security to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes and pipelines
  • Develop and integrate testing automation and associated processes, including unit test coverage, pipeline automation, and code scanning
  • Work within an agile team environment to iteratively deliver value

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2-4 years of previous Software Engineer experience preferred
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages required
  • Experience with React, React Native, and cloud services like AWS is a plus
  • Experience in mobile development, web development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
