Location: Wilmington, DE
Contract Length: 1 year +
Contract or Contract-to-hire

Summary:
The Java Developer will provide team or technical supervision and drives project/service delivery. Performs as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components. Documents design decisions, adheres to existing process guidelines, develops software components, mentors junior developers, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a dynamic team through the Agile development process
Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements or new applications
Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria
Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria
Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives
Maintain records to document program development and revisions
Provide 3rd level support of software solution as needed
Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams, and mentor more junior developers
Requirements:
      Web application development using Spring MVC / Spring web flows and velocity
Middleware development using SOAP and RESTFul web services
    SCRUM team member
    Development using  Spring framework.
    Developing automated build using Maven, Ahp and Hudson
    Development automated tests using CUCUMBER, JUnit/Mokito


Qualifications
BS Degree GC/USC prefered.
