Job Summary:
WSFS Bank is a locally headquartered bank and wealth management company that empowers its associates to grow their careers and support their communities. They are seeking a Senior .Net Software Developer responsible for the analysis, design, development, and testing of custom software applications, as well as providing technical leadership to the development team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop modular and reusable code components following best practices and standards.
• Interact with users to understand business requirements/process flows and translate into technical requirements for assigned projects and job requests.
• Collaborate with leads, other developers, project managers, customers, database and system administrators for end to end application development and implementation.
• Participate in design and code review sessions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of software applications.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of software development methodologies and implementation of Windows applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Strong hands on experience with reporting tools like Microsoft SSRS.
• Strong experience with SQL database design and development writing stored procedures, SSIS, etc.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver high-quality, complex systems using Software development methods, independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and generate practical solutions in a logical manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience
