·       Navigated supplier negotiations and cost controls independently

  • Act as a primary user of the ERP system (Fishbowl preferred) for purchasing, inventory, and manufacturingrelated workflows
  • Partner closely with manufacturing and operations teams to support blending, filling, and packaging activities
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and vendor data within the ERP system
  • Monitor material availability and proactively address supply issues before they impact production

Qualifications

·       Minimum: 7 years total experience, 3+ years managing purchasing

·       Ideal: 8–10+ years total experience with closely aligned industry exposure

    • Experience purchasing chemicals for cosmetics, hygiene, or personal care products is strongly preferred
    • Experience with packaging components is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, onsite manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Must be able to work fulltime onsite; remote work is not an option
