We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in marketing while working alongside experienced marketing and sales professionals.
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an important supporting role by helping our marketing team day-to-day activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while developing valuable business and communication skills with a global company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support Social Media Content.
  • Help create presentations, brochures, newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Support tracking campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Coordinate follow-ups from marketing campaigns and events.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and sales outreach activities.
  • Supporting purchase orders & tracking for department.
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes when required.
  • Organize digital files and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects move efficiently.
  • Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed
What you bring
  • Certification in Communications & Marketing, or a related field (or currently completing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience managing social media platforms and basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an asset

Salary Range
  • 48000 - 60000 / year
