Job description

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez un rôle hybride de gestionnaire du bureau de projets en soutien à la Directrice principale, PMO et gestionnaire de projets. Vous contribuerez à la gestion de l’équipe PMO afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la performance ainsi qu’à favoriser la synergie d’équipe. Vous contribuerez également à la revue des processus et la mise en place des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projets. Dans ce rôle hybride, vous dirigerez également des projets de développement de produits, projets d’innovation et internes d’amélioration continue.


Responsabilités Gestionnaire PMO :

  • Agir comme relais entre l’équipe projet, le client et la gouvernance PMO;
  • Superviser la qualité, la prévisibilité et la performance globale des projets;
  • Intervenir proactivement sur les projets en déviation ou à fort enjeu;
  • Standardiser les outils, méthodes et pratiques de gestion de projet;
  • Optimiser les processus pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle
  • Assure la conformité aux exigences internes et externes;
  • Favoriser l’entraide, la collaboration et la responsabilisation au sein des équipes projet;
  • Contribuer à l’intégration et à la montée en compétence des nouveaux Project Managers;
  • Contribuer à la gestion de performance;
  • Donner du feedback constructif et orienté performance;
  • Contribuer aux rencontres clients complexes en soutien au Project Manager;
  • Soutenir la Directrice Principale, PMO dans les activités de mobilisation d’équipe;


Responsabilités Gestionnaire de projets :

  • Livrer ses projets selon les paramètres négociés (coûts, délais, portée, qualité);
  • Assurer l’alignement entre les engagements contractuels et l’exécution réelle des projets;
  • Intervenir de façon proactive auprès des parties prenantes en cas d’enjeux ou de risques;
  • Gérer la relation client de bout en bout sur ses projets (attentes, valeur livrée, satisfaction);
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les processus de gestion de projet (gouvernance, risques, changements, finances);
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance de ses projets;
  • Incarner les comportements attendus (rigueur, communication, leadership, autonomie).


Qualifications :

  • Essentiel – Baccalauréat en ingénierie; 6+ année en d’expérience en Gestion de projet, PMP un atout
  • Expérience en entreprise manufacturière un atout
  • Essentiel – 6+ année d’expérience en Gestion de projet, PMP un atout
  • Compréhension approfondie des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Maîtrise des outils logiciels de gestion de projet (Jira, MS Project, Wrike)
  • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec un accent sur la prise de décision basée sur les données
  • Établit des alliances et utilise son influence pour obtenir des résultats
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Gestion du temps exceptionnelle
