Job Title: Junior Electrical Engineer Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * CACI is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support our customer at NSWC Crane. Responsibilities: • Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
• Define electrical system implementation approach and operational concepts. Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.
• Provide technical inputs related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.
• Support electrical system analyses at all levels for total system product integration to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Attend project meetings as assigned.
• Project coordination and Document Control, to include responsibility for generation and review of technical documentation.
• Closely monitor project team, performance, to include vendors, to ensure technical rigor and that materials and parts will be delivered on time and that the end product will meet customer needs. Required Qualifications • US Citizenship is required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline from an ABET accredited university.
• Ability to support management of project schedules and project integrations within site processes.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams.
• Experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
• Experience with requirements generation, traceability, review and tracking.
• Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards.
• Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings.
• Experience with working in team environments.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements tracking.
• Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.
• Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Desired Qualifications: • An active DoD Secret clearance.
