MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability
  • Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.
  • Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.
  • Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).
  • Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects
  • Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters
  • Use software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data
  • Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 0+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting RF and Digital devices
  • Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
