Summary

Seeking an experienced Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale solutions in a rapidly growing organization. This role is pivotal in building and expanding internal applications using Power Platform tools, supporting the scaling of tax and back-office operations from 1,500 to 15,000 users. The ideal candidate will serve as the Power Platform Solution Architect, driving requirements gathering, solution design, development, and governance. You'll spearhead projects across multiple engineering teams, ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective automation solutions that align with enterprise goals. Join a dynamic environment where your expertise will shape the future of internal applications and operational workflows.
Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable solution design
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical applications
  • Experience leading enterprise application development with Power Platform and deploying solutions using pipelines
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with platform governance, environment management, and internal operations support
  • Background in Computer Science, with knowledge of C# and cloud computing preferred
