Job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation and application solutions. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to architect scalable systems, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation across the organization. The Senior Developer will serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and provide technical leadership, solution best practices, and solution delivery. This position is a corporate support position home based in LMI's ETS department.
Responsibilities
  • Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Design, develop, and enhance advanced Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)
  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable platform solutions
  • Integrate Power Platform capabilities with Microsoft 365 (Dataverse), Azure, and external systems
  • Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle optimization
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows and applications for performance and reliability
  • Meet with business stakeholders to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate and support as needed other Power Platform developers across the organization
  • Support the ETS goal of Agent-First AI Strategy as part of solutioning improvement and augmentation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Define and enforce governance, security, and platform standards
  • Lead or participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution design sessions
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior developers and citizen developers

Qualifications
Core Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns
  • Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience implementing secure, compliant, and scalable automation and application solutions

Additional Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing and optimizing enterprise workflow automations
  • Expertise in building advanced canvas and/or model-driven applications
  • Strong understanding of environment strategy, ALM, and solution deployment
  • Familiarity with AI tools and Agentic AI concepts
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft ecosystem services
  • Experience supporting or leading low-code governance programs
  • Passion for innovation, process improvement, and digital transformation
