Job Summary:

This role you will support Regional Operations by handling dual functions as both a frontline supervisor and a lead field technician. You will work onsite, mentoring and training entry-level and junior technicians. YouMUSThave previous testing and balancing (TAB) experience, this knowledge adds great value to our clients and positions us as the experts in our field. Other areas of focus are ensuring adherence to company standards and coordinating day-to-day activities for several new and exciting projects locally.


What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be organizing, coordinating, and planning operational efforts for your team.
  • Partner with internal teams and serve as the point person for field issues, collaborating with Project Manager, Operations Managers and Clients.
  • Your position drives quality, safety, and development with a great attitude and lots of experience in the field.
  • Provide technical expertise and ensure schedules and deliverables are met.
  • You get to assist with onboarding, performance coaching, and skills development for the team.


What We Are Looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on TAB experience.
  • NEBB, AABC Certification, Testing and Balancing Certification (Supervisor Level).
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, airflow principles, and balancing procedures.
