The Operations Engineer ensures the smooth and efficient operation of a company's systems and processes. This includes maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting technical infrastructure. They focus on enhancing performance, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity. This involves designing layouts, conducting tests, implementing changes, and documenting procedures.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• System Maintenance and Optimization: Operations Engineers monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance of a company's systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: They identify and resolve operational issues, often performing root cause analysis on production errors.
• Process Improvement: They develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Project Management: They may manage projects related to system upgrades, new installations, or process improvements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 0 to 2 years of experience
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of systems, networks, databases, and operating systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.

this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward merit-based performance,
CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this
role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 - $140000.00.
