  • A culture that gives back: We're passionate about our communities. Every year, we dedicate paid time off for volunteering and encourage our team to use their talents to make a difference whether that's mentoring students, serving local nonprofits, or getting hands-on in community projects.
  • A workplace that feels like you: We keep things relaxed and welcoming. Expect weekly happy hours, team lunches, a stocked kitchen, dogs in the office, and a casual dress code. It's a space where you can be yourself and do your best work.

The Role
At LUZCO, we're exploring new ways to leverage AI to make work smarter, faster, and more efficient. This is a part-time, in-office position based in our St. Louis, MO office. Candidates should be available to work on-site throughout the academic year, with scheduling flexibility around class commitments.

  • Test and validate agent performance, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with LUZCO standards.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, refine solutions, and maintain trusted data sources.
  • Monitor agent usage and performance, continuously improving prompts, configurations, and user experiences.
  • Support multiple AI projects by managing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholder communication.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and adoption resources to help teams successfully leverage AI tools.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and solve business challenges.
  • Maintain project trackers, testing documentation, and reporting to provide visibility into agent development and performance.
