Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer – Fabrication (Sheet Metal & Plastics)

Job Summary

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, develop, and optimize sheet metal and plastic fabrication processes. This role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and define maintenance requirements.
  • Create work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to optimize processes.
  • Apply statistical methods to evaluate and improve manufacturing performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing electrical components preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD, PLC programming, testing tools, and inspection equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
