Position Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the production of chillers for data centers in our fast-paced, growing plant. You will focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or strong co-op/internship experience.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
  • Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
