Job Summary
Our client, a national labor and employment law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Labor & Employment attorney to join their team. As a Junior Labor & Employment attorney, you will assist in providing counsel to clients on various labor and employment law matters, including compliance with employment laws, workplace disputes, and litigation.
Requirements
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
* Admission to practice law in at least one state (or eligibility to sit for a bar exam)
* 0-3 years of experience in labor and employment law
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in labor and employment law, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Experience working with clients in a law firm or corporate setting
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Certification in a specialized area of labor and employment law (e.g. CEF, SHRM-CP)
