About This Job

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Junior Omnichannel Technology Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and work across multiple customer engagement platforms, including Five9 and Google CCAS tools such as Dialogflow. You will support both production issues and platform enhancements, while gaining hands-on experience with low-code/no-code solutions and custom integrations. You will play a key role in identifying new capabilities, optimizing conversational flows, and leveraging data and reporting to ensure our chatbot delivers meaningful self-service value while keeping customer experience at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance Omnichannel platforms, including Five9 and Google CCAS (Dialogflow).
  • Troubleshoot production issues, IVR outages, integrations, and platform performance using logs and monitoring tools.
  • Configure and maintain chatbot workflows, call campaigns, IVR scripts, webhooks, and API integrations.
  • Analyze customer interaction data and chatbot performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer experience enhancements and AI-driven solutions.
  • Utilize SQL, low-code/no-code tools, and scripting to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop custom integrations and stay current on emerging AI and conversational technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, AI, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, Python, JavaScript, and data formats such as JSON, JSONL, and CSV.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using logs, monitoring tools, and error analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preffered:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), contact center technologies, or conversational AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, RESTful services, and omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
