Jr. Executive Assistant
**Immediate Opportunity**
CSEngineering is seeking a Jr. Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and corporate operations within a fast-paced Government Contracting (GovCon) environment. This position will serve as a strategic support partner to the CEO and leadership team.
OVERVIEW
The Jr. Executive Assistant serves as the CEO's right-hand and a strategic "force multiplier." This role is responsible for supporting executive priorities, tracking initiatives and project milestones, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling highly confidential corporate and government-sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong communication skills, executive-level coordination abilities, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency are essential for success in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly support the CEO in day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities are managed and executed efficiently.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings based on strategic importance, and protect executive time.
  • Prepare AI-assisted executive documents, PowerPoint presentations, reports, trackers, and Word documents with embedded tables and graphs.
  • Attend leadership meetings, capture action items and key decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion across departments.
  • Translate CEO directives into actionable tasks and track project progress and executive initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and professional rapport.
  • Draft and manage sensitive executive communications while representing the CEO's voice professionally.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives, including proposal formatting, executive presentations, and corporate branding efforts.
  • Maintain organized executive documentation, project trackers, communication logs, and reporting materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, executive logistics, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle confidential corporate and government-related information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support additional executive and operational priorities as assigned.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year directly supporting C-suite, CEO, or VP-level executives.
  • Prior experience within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including: PowerPoint (executive presentations and proposal formatting); Excel (project tracking and reporting); Outlook (calendar management)
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent executive leadership professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive "finisher" mindset and high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to synthesize complex discussions into concise executive summaries, briefings, and action plans.
