Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

Manage high-volume manufacturing and aftermarket projects from order through delivery. Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and customer interfaces. Ensure projects progress on schedule and support customer satisfaction. This role encompasses both execution-focused responsibilities and complex, customer-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 10–60+ concurrent projects depending on complexity.
  • Own projects from post-sale through delivery and customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project status using MS Project or similar tools.
  • Handle light customer troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • For PM II level: Lead cross-functional 'tiger teams' independently.
Essential Skills
  • 1–2+ years post-graduate experience in engineering or related fields.
  • Engineering degree required, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or aftermarket/product conversion experience preferred.
  • High-mix, high-volume project exposure.
  • Prior experience as a project coordinator or associate project manager.
  • Client-facing or travel-based project work experience.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and SAP.
Work Environment

This position will be based onsite at the company's headquarters in a business casual environment. The role involves exposure to manufacturing and production floors and operates in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Occasional travel may be required, more frequently for PM II roles. Customer-facing interactions are part of the responsibilities when necessary.
