Job description

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run our Next-Gen Haas Mills (VF-2 & VF-4) and contribute to our production of high-quality parts. This full-time role offers hands-on work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

● Set-up and Operate Next Gen Haas Mills for precision machining.

● Edit CNC programs and adjust for compensation to ensure quality output.

● Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.

● Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.

● Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and precision.

  • Early Morning, Day and Evening shifts available

Requirements

● 3-5 years of experience operating CNC mills, specifically Next Gen Haas Mills.

● Proficiency in running setups, editing programs, and adjusting for compensation.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
