Job description

Overview
The CS&D Tech Lead is the overall tech leader for CS&D who will provide standards to CS&D teams, monitor technical practices, coach teams and work on assigned projects as needed to resolve issues, reduce risk, etc.
Contributions
Contributions:
  • Set technical standards and associated processes for CS&D that are aligned with corporate practices to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Support reviews at the project and team levels
  • Help define architecture solutions whether they are changes being considered on existing delivery projects or new business pursuits
  • Monitor technical activities to ensure quality of products/services, adjust overall approaches when improved methods are found and work problems in detail to help projects achieve their objectives as needed
  • Lead/support technical solutioning on new business pursuits
  • Develop technical teams and individuals at levels from junior employee to Director

Qualifications
Required:
  • 15+ years of experience doing hands-on software development
  • 10+ years of experience coaching and improving technical teams and developing individuals
  • 5+ years of experience as software manager leading mid-sized and above enterprise-wide software projects
  • 5+ years of experience defining mid-sized and above enterprise solutions
  • Experience doing data management and defining data architecture
  • Experience leading technical efforts associated with pursuing new business
  • Experience setting, implementing and monitoring technical standards at team, project, program and enterprise levels
  • Experience reviewing output of projects and teams along with experience making adjustments as needed to align effort to objectives

Preferred (if applicable):
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Experience defining and implementing DevSecOps environments
  • Familiarity with SalesForce
  • Familiarity with Digital Platforms
