Job Description

We are looking for an analytical, Junior Media Buyer who will be responsible for the implementation, daily maintenance and optimization of paid, eCommerce advertising campaigns across a variety of digital channels. This position will also work with the marketing team to inform strategy and planning through: past campaign insights, research and recognition of new opportunities, and design and monitoring of strategic and A/B tests. Reporting to, and working closely with, the Director of Media Buying, candidates should have past experience with digital media buying (CPC or CPM campaigns), a passion for data, and a willingness to learn on the fly. Full-Time Position.

Responsibilities

  • Building, launching and day-to-day management of a variety of digital media campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPA)

  • Proactively optimizing campaign through A/B testing and targeting

  • Managing budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results

  • Compiling reports and completing deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness

  • Monitoring campaign KPIs to ensure objectives are met and align with overall strategy

  • Identifying and investigating trends, issues and opportunities

  • Work closely with the Director of Media Buying to drive growth through paid channels

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, to align paid and non-paid initiatives

  • Learn about and stay current on new channels, software, and best practices

  • Actively seek opportunities to expand understanding and use of paid media.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not necessary if experience is highly relevant

  • Minimum 1 year of hands on experience with at least one of these digital marketing platforms: Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Google Display Network, BingAds, Facebook Ads, any Programmatic Display DSP, Amazon Marketing Services

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics (or equivalent) and an aptitude for data and numbers

  • Must be extremely detail oriented, analytical and have a critical eye

  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment, with a willingness to work outside of regular business hours, and weekends
