Job description

About the Role

CCGPROMO Creative Studio is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Junior Designer who wants to grow inside a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting nationally recognized brands and Fortune 500 clients.

This is not a “sit quietly and make graphics” role. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of projects — from brainstorming concepts and creating mockups to coordinating production details and helping bring branded merchandise programs to life.

If you enjoy creative problem-solving, product-focused design, trend spotting, and working on a variety of projects every week, this role offers strong hands-on experience and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Creative & Design

  • Create product mockups, packaging concepts, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Develop production-ready artwork and prepare files for print and manufacturing
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Assist with product photography, video content, and creative asset development
  • Help develop custom branded merchandise concepts and campaign ideas

Project & Operational Support

  • Help manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables across teams
  • Track project progress, quotes, purchase orders, and vendor communication
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and creative files
  • Support inventory coordination, fulfillment communication, and quality control processes

Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, and client-facing teams
  • Translate creative briefs into polished, actionable deliverables

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Services, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or creative services

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • InDesign
    • Acrobat

Additional Skills We Value

  • Strong eye for design, layout, and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort working collaboratively and taking initiative

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Product photography or video editing
  • Social media content creation
  • Branded merchandise or promotional products industry exposure
  • 3D rendering or advanced mockup creation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off

Schedule
