Mision del puesto:
Buscamos un/a Controller Financiero Junior con ganas de crecer profesionalmente dentro de nuestro equipo financiero. En esta posicion, daras soporte clave en el control de gestion, el analisis de datos para la toma de decisiones y colaboraras activamente en la optimizacion de los procesos analiticos de las diferentes areas de la compania.
Funciones principales
- Soporte en Reporting Financiero: Colaborar en el analisis de datos, la elaboracion de informes de gestion y cierres periodicos.
- Seguimiento Presupuestario: Participar en la confeccion, control y analisis de desviaciones de los presupuestos y sus previsiones.
- Confeccion de Informes: Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas y reportes visuales para facilitar la toma de decisiones a las diferentes direcciones.
- Control de Costes: Analizar desviaciones financieras y ayudar en la deteccion y propuesta de medidas de ahorro y eficiencia.
- Apoyo en Auditoria: Colaborar directamente en la preparacion de la documentacion para las auditorias de cuentas anuales.
- Mejora de Procesos: Participar activamente en los proyectos de digitalizacion, automatizacion y transformacion del area financiera.
Requisitos
- Formacion academica: Grado o Licenciatura reciente en ADE, Economia, Ciencias Empresariales o titulaciones afines.
- Experiencia profesional: Minimo 2 anos de experiencia en posiciones iniciales o de practicas en control de gestion (controlling), auditoria o administracion financiera.
- Idiomas: Nivel de ingles fluido (capacidad para trabajar y reportar en este idioma).
- Conocimientos tecnicos (Imprescindibles):
- Perfil muy analitico con dominio avanzado de Excel y soltura en Google Suite.
- Conocimiento o haber trabajado previamente con herramientas de gestion y ERP como SAP, Navision, OneStream o Vector.
