Description
Primary Job Duties:
  • Responsible for executing cash close-outs for all servers, bartenders, and cashiers.
  • Balances tills and aprons to reports in Point of Sales system and collects cash.
  • Puts together daily cash deposits for bank.
  • Assigns appropriate equipment (I-Pads, Radios, etc.) to Team Members.
  • Coordinates, supervises, and trains new cashiers
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
  • Attends all department and company meetings as required.
  • Punctuality is mandatory.
  • Assist in maintaining department inventory within the cash office.
  • Ability to maintain currency supplies on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with team member scheduling per labor templates.
  • Assist with periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening/closing procedures.
  • Manages shift operations (cash control, safety, quality control, etc.).
  • Maintains uniform standards and a professional appearance for all team members.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Early Morning and Late Night Hours.

Special Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Obtain training certification per company policy
  • 1-2 years prior cash handling experience in a restaurant or retail
  • Must be trustworthy, detail oriented, an effective communicator
  • Ability to resolve cash handling discrepancies.
  • Ability to Multi-task for multiple departments
