This position is available starting with the 2026-2027 school year.

Monroe Local Schools is seeking a Junior/Senior High Building Substitute Teacher.

This position is for daily substitute teacher positions assigned to the Monroe High School/Junior High School.

  • Candidates must hold valid Ohio substitute teaching license
  • Candidates must meet Properly Certified and Licensed requirements
  • Salary: $145 per day through BCESC/COG
  • Employment Status: This position is employed through the Butler County Educational Service Center Council of Governments (BCESC COG) and assigned to Monroe Local Schools.
  • Contract Days: 174 days (student attendance days only)       
  • Date of Employment:  August 12, 2026
