We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on our project team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation.
  • Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
  • Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks.
  • Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts.
  • Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.
  • Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder's culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.

Preferred:
  • Willingness to relocate as needed.
