Position requirements

  • Active admission to the Indiana bar in good standing, required.
  • At least 2-4 years of defense litigation experience that may include general liability matters (product liability, construction defect, premises liability, vehicle liability), Dram Shop liability, and professional liability matters (medical malpractice, legal malpractice, errors and omissions).
  • Demonstrated experience managing a rigorous caseload independently, with the ability to handle multiple matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Proven experience drafting complex motions, opinions, and pleadings.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with sound judgment and client-service orientation.
