The person in this position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain staff for all Résidences Soleil locations, with the aim of growing our wonderful family. They recruit, evaluate, and adapt strategies based on results and evolving needs on the ground. They also support managers in their recruitment efforts.

As a Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to: Develop, execute and optimize creative and targeted attraction, recruitment and retention strategies; Perform and manage postings and budgets by position; Search for potential candidates based on field priorities; To classify and select applications received daily; Analyze the evolution of strategies and create, analyze and maintain performance reports by producing statistics/dashboards. Demonstrate initiative in recommending and implementing the necessary changes In collaboration with the marketing, customer experience and HR teams, participate in the implementation of a strong and distinctive employer brand, in order to find, attract and retain the best talent; Promote the various job offers on all chosen platforms, including our social media; Being present at recruitment activities (fairs, job fairs, presentations to schools, etc.); To act as a spokesperson for Résidences Soleil in order to promote the organization and convince potential recruits; Supporting our managers in the recruitment process by conducting telephone interviews and selecting candidates; All other related tasks.
