Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day shift

Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Laval team.

We are seeking an organized, proactive and adaptable recruiter capable of managing multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously and handling the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positions, primarily within industrial, manufacturing and production environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positions.
  • Write and post job opportunities across different recruitment platforms.
  • Source and pre-screen candidates.
  • Conduct telephone, virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Conduct reference and required background checks.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
  • Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate hiring and collect required employment documentation.
  • Follow up with temporary employees regarding assignments, performance and timesheets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding vacancies, candidates and recruitment progress.
  • Respond to candidates contacting or visiting the agency for employment information.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records.
  • Manage multiple vacancies, candidates and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency.
  • Experience with high-volume and/or specialized recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting industrial, manufacturing or production profiles is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Excellent organizational and priority-management skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of information.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position.
  • 100% on-site at our Laval office, near Cartier Metro.
  • Monday to Friday, daytime schedule.
