Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator.
  • Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira Software (Server/Data Center) and Jira Service Management (JSM) Data Center.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining Automation for Jira automation rules.
  • Expertise in Jira administration, including:
    • User and group management
    • Project roles and issue roles
    • Permission schemes
    • Issue security schemes
    • Notification schemes
    • Field configurations and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting.
  • Experience using and extending Jira REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for Jira UI customizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
