Job description

Job Summary:
The Service Runner & Greeter at Jeffย Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.


Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with a much higher starting potential for candidates with experience. In addition, the Service Runner & Greeter will have fixed schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance.ย 


Responsibilities:

-Shuttling vehicles, employees and an occasional customer from various locations around the metro.
-Fueling rental cars
-Delivering customer vehicles, as needed
-Must be able to drive a manual transmission


Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Monday-Friday, 6:30am-10:30am, 2-3 days/week)
