Description of the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Jeff Belzer Auto Group - Lakeville. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specification
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs such as fluid changes
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring and training junior technicians

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Positive attitude and "Team Player" mentality
  • High energy with a drive to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete day-to-day responsibilities
  • Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • ASE Certification (preferred)
