Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a strategic role in driving technology-enabled transformation across our supply chain and manufacturing operations. You will lead solution design, partner with business leaders, and help shape the roadmap for our JD Edwards (JDE) platform and integrated systems.

This includes eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and implementing solutions that meet changing business requirements of internal and external stakeholders and/or provide efficiency gains to current processes. Serving as the functional expert, the analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills as he/she proactively works with the business and new technologies to optimize business processes. This individual will also be called upon to support other areas of the business.
This role requires a demonstrated ability to own and manage the entire life cycle of a project – including scoping, planning, budget estimating, identifying alternatives, selecting, testing, and implementing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities for JDE EnterpriseOne across supply chain, manufacturing, and warehousing.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate needs, define requirements, and design optimized end-to-end processes.
  • Own full project lifecycle — scoping through deployment — for enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers on system changes, including testing and validation.
Process amp; Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Drive adoption of standard JDE best practices.
  • Analyze data trends to predict risks and identify improvement opportunities.
Support amp; Training
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for JDE and related applications.
  • Mentor users and help drive change management.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:
  • 7+ years of hands-on (JD Edwards) JDE EnterpriseOne experience.
  • Expertise in Manufacturing, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
  • Experience leading full project implementations and integrations.
  • Knowledge of JDE toolset (OMW, Orchestrator, UDOs, business functions).
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in CPG or similar manufacturing environments, preferred
  • Experience with ReportsNow or other reporting tools, preferred
  • Experience supporting ancillary systems, preferred
  • Process mapping using Visio or similar tools, preferred
  • Mentoring or leadership experience, preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Work environment is normally in an office setting. Must be able to make frequent rounds in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours

  • Other physical requirements include moderate standing and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
  • Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
