Job description

This position involves a set of dynamic responsibilities, including business process improvement, solutions design and implementation, report requirements gathering and building, and support/development of systems interfaces. Functional scope is the JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Financial functionality/modules. Work closely with users and other IT professionals to provide JD Edwards functional/technical support and solutions.

JDE EnterpriseOne release 8.10 or higher knowledge is required. Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-arounds, corrections and enhancements. Coordinate service delivery with the infrastructure and the service desk team

Analyze and document business and technical requirements Support project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle Ensure availability and performance of business applications. Job Requirements (Education, training and/or skills): BS/BA in Computer Science or related area. Must have 5+ years of extensive experience in EnterpriseOne versions, including design, configuration, and user support for any of the following areas: Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials, Service Management UPK experience a plus Excellent skills in oral and written communication and presentations Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience working with business managers in order to evaluate current and planned business processes and initiatives. Work well on a team and take on additional tasks as needed
