Job description

I am seeking a motivated JDEdwards Business Analyst to support the HRIS and Payroll systems for a growing U.S.-based organization. This is a fully remote opportunity Must be U.S. based.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with JDE E1, supporting HR in all areas to include Payroll, T&A along with self service processes. Will be setting up employees, PDBAs, AAIs, budgeting, and executing Payroll runs.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidate must have JDE E1 experience. This is a IT Systems position, not an HR/Payroll position

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary IT owner for the HR/Payroll modules and associated JDE EnterpriseOne applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operations for HR and Payroll teams.
  • Partner with end-users and stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize existing workflows.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system updates or new initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and Payroll teams on business processes, including employee setup, payroll processing, budgeting, and system configurations.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support materials for system users.
  • Collaborate across business, IT, and external partners to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
