Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between functional business teams and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement across enterprise business functions. Strong knowledge and experience with JDE ERP modules and related key value stream processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to- Report are required. Experience with DSI is also highly preferred.
YOUR IMPACT:
  • Optimize business processes and systems for assigned functional areas and act as the liaison between IT and the business.
  • Utilize enterprise software solutions to optimize business processes and promote best practices across core business segments.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional requirements.
  • Consult with stakeholders across business segments and enterprise functions to define business needs and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Partner with technical resources to translate functional business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Perform current-state and future-state process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvement and business transformation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to evaluate solution options, determine business value and ROI, and prioritize enhancement requests and project initiatives.
  • Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, maintain documentation, and assist in developing test plans, strategies, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to execute testing activities, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate solutions meet business requirements.
  • Maintain project artifacts including data models, data maps, process documentation, and knowledge base articles while supporting production teams as needed.
  • Analyze data to provide meaningful, actionable insights that improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong time-management and prioritization skills, balancing competing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
  • Ability to work across enterprise platforms and applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Data Analysis, ITIL and BA practice knowledge.
  • Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, problem solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) is (highly preferred); experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor is also applicable.
  • Experience with SQL and/or other relational database tools.
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience facilitating business requirements gathering sessions and developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and testing plans.
  • Ability to work with technical resources to translate functional business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Experience with current-state and future-state process mapping.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to evaluate ROI, prioritize initiatives, and support project roadmap planning.

Pay Range:
$92,600.00 - $154,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
