About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Lead to join one of our development teams. The Development Lead plays an important role in leading technical decision-making processes, ensuring the quality of our platform, mentoring team members, contributing to feature development, and collaborating closely with product management and DevOps teams. This position offers a clear path towards a Team Lead role, where you will have direct reports.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Leadership: Lead and make informed technical decisions to ensure the robustness and scalability of the platform
  • Quality Assurance: Be accountable for the overall quality of the platform, including code quality, performance, and security
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Feature Development: Actively contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing functionalities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • DevOps Integration: Coordinate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the platform
