Job Title : Business Analyst (read, write, and speak Japanese)
Location : Owings Mills MD
Duration : 6+ months contract

Job Description:
MUST be able to read, write, and speak Japanese. (New work with partners in Japan).
Will still need to efficiently communicate with internal partners as well.
This role is for a Business Analyst, so someone that has been performing the basic BA responsibilities for at least 5 years
Someone with financial experience would be a big plus

Travel is possible
The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.Â

Qualifications_
â Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
â 10+ years experience required
â Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functionsÂ
â Ability to create business solutions would be paid for by TRP. that increase competitive advantageÂ
â Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsÂ
â Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlinesÂ
â Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex detailsÂ
â Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutionsÂ
â A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge levelÂ
â Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities_
â Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
â Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
â Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
â Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
â Supports one or more highly complex business processes
â Works on multiple projects as a project team member
â Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
