The responsibilities of a janitorial manager, also referred to as a janitorial supervisor, include managing a team of cleaners at client locations, assigning cleaning jobs to workers based on their skills, and inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the standards set by the client and state or federal laws. Other duties include maintaining schedule coordination between workers, providing an inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring cleaning equipment functions properly. In this role, you are in direct contact with the client to answer questions promptly and solve issues that arise. You also assist the cleaning team as needed, help hire and train new custodians, and ensure work is complete.

What You’ll DoAs our Janitorial Manager in Training, you will work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of our operations. You will step up as a Janitorial Supervisor by helping coordinate daily cleaning tasks, inspecting work areas, and motivating team members. In this role, you will quickly grow into a confident Cleaning Manager, ensuring our facilities sparkle while maintaining safety and high standards every single day.
What You Bring To The TeamA valid Driver's License and a clean, safe driving record (required).
A desire to lead, learn, and grow into a management role.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Previous leadership/Supervisor experience is a MUST to be successful in this role
