Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Area Janitorial Cleaner to join a manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout production areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment for employees and operations. The ideal candidate has industrial cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while following safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain industrial production workspaces and common areas
  • Mop floors and clean walking paths, workstations, and work areas
  • Dust, wipe down, and clean machinery, equipment, and production surfaces
  • Remove debris, trash, and other materials to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout all assigned production areas
  • Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and properly
  • Follow all company safety procedures while working around production equipment
  • Assist with additional housekeeping and facility cleaning duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
