Job description

We are hiring an experienced, outgoing, physically fit janitorial professional to be solely responsible for a designated area of accounts in the Bryan / College Station area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values honesty, integrity, and long-term commitment, and who takes pride in owning their work without constant oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all janitorial operations for assigned accounts
  • Conduct inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Train new cleaners and provide retraining as needed
  • Cover call-offs and assist with cleaning when required
  • Manage supplies and equipment for your area
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and accurate timekeeping
  • Communicate with management and Field QC support

(No direct customer interaction required — Field QC support handles that.)

  • Prior janitorial experience required (commercial or medical preferred)
  • Proven employment stability and reliability
  • Able to manage an area independently without micromanagement
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
