The Janitorial Night Supervisor leads evening and overnight cleaning operations, ensuring all assigned facilities are cleaned according to standards and schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise night-shift janitorial staff.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Ensure completion of cleaning schedules and checklists.
  • Perform quality inspections and corrective actions.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Track attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
