Job description

Shift: Monday - Friday,ย 4:30pm - 1:00am

Responsible for providing support and supervision over multiple locations while partnering with service providers to deliver exemplary customer service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Visits/Inspects all buildings on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning is up to City Wide standards
  • Communicates policies and procedures to in-house employees and Independent Contractors (IC)
  • Conducts proper safety training to in-house employees and ICs
  • Trains on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employees
  • Partners with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniques
  • Acts as a liaison between independent contractor and FSM
  • Adheres to the Client Complaint Policy (physically verify, when possible)
  • Reports to FSM details of nightly inspections
  • Verifies all building checklists are being followed
  • Sends nightly report to FSM recapping areas of opportunity, employee issues, etc.
  • Maintains location key box
  • Supports New Starts
  • Partners with independent contractor crews and conducts random building inspections
  • Communicates any building maintenance issues to FSM
  • Identifies NBJS (non-basic janitorial services) opportunities and reports them to FSM
  • Remains current with online training
  • Travel required
  • Uses timekeeping system to record hours
  • Reports any work-related injuries

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of prior management experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
  • Preferred computer proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Email and Internet
