Job Summary
Job Summary
The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations during the night shift and supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations. This role focuses on supervision, quality control, training, and employee engagement, ensuring custodial services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced in supervising janitorial teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspect nightly janitorial operations to ensure work is completed properly, safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and assign custodial duties to night-shift employees.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact during the night shift in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Conduct training for janitorial staff and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain site security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Enforce company policies, safety programs, and personnel procedures.
  • Prepare basic reports and respond promptly to customer requests or concerns.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and company safety guidelines.
  • Promote a positive work environment with high employee morale and engagement.
