Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Night Janitorial Manager to lead multiple accounts, support cleaning teams, and keep operations running smoothly. If you have leadership experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in high-quality service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

· Lead and support night janitorial teams across multiple accounts

· Maintain service quality, safety standards, and equipment upkeep

· Manage staffing coverage, labor resources, and team training

· Step in on cleaning duties when needed and assist with special projects

What we’re looking for:

· Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills

· Ability to stay organized, flexible, and responsive to business needs

· Solid understanding of workplace safety procedures

· Comfort working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

· Supervisory experience required, preferably in janitorial, hospitality, or food service

· Must pass a background check

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

· Clean driving record required
