Per Diem Clinical Registered Nurse (RN)

Boston IVF | IVI RMA North America is seeking an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Syracuse, NY fertility center during batch cycles. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented nurse with a passion for women's health and reproductive medicine.

The Per Diem RN will provide specialized clinical care to fertility patients and support the care team during high-volume treatment periods.

Schedule
  • Per diem, as needed based on batch cycle scheduling
  • Typical batch week hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • May include occasional weekday holidays (i.e. MLK Jr Day, President's Day, etc.) depending on patient care needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient monitoring, procedures, and treatment coordination during batch cycles
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
  • Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program – required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – required
  • Women's health experience – strongly preferred
  • OR/PACU experience – preferred
  • Fertility or infertility clinic experience – a strong plus
