Role - ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering
Experience Required -8+ Years
We are seeing an experienced ServiceNow developer on the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations (business rules, UI polices, client scripts, ACLs), Flow Designer, application development
• Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON)
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Conceptual architecture knowledge
• Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is Preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the timely delivery of development projects and may be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Provides estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
• Undertakes regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards, providing coaching and mentoring on design and coding techniques to engineers in scrum team.
• Assists with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
• Provides consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.
• Participate as part of a scrum team applying agile principles and tools including Jira.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
